This petition is generating a lot of interest already after just 3 days. 
So many lives have already been lost due to neglect and people are suffering unnecessarily. 
We need to help save lives by making it against the law for EVERYONE to never neglect a fellow human in medical need again. 
My son needlessly suffered in a property surrounded by neglectful people when he could have been in a hospital receiving all the medical help he needed vital for his survival. 

These people are walking the streets knowing lawfully they have not done anything wrong! Morally they have contributed to my sons death and yet nothing can be done about it. They deliberately chose NOT to call for help, they sat back and watched him suffer. This should not be allowed to happen to anyone else! So let’s pull together and put a stop to this neglect in the future, saving lives or getting justice for the people that are left to suffer.
