We would like to Pave Dutton Road benefits of this would be:

Dutton Road from Adams to Orion Road will be asphalt and not dirt. It will eliminate potholes make it easier to drive especially after rainstorms and during winter months. We would like to Create Bike Paths to the Paint Creek Trail and Create Pedestrian Walkway to the Trail along Dutton Road. Repaving will also remove open drains and provide proper drainage on the side of the road. The Current Speed Limit of 45 mph on Dutton Road will not change.

We understand this will require Removal of “Natural Beauty Road” status for Dutton Road with Oakland Country Road Commission. Repaving does require Removal of some Trees along Dutton Road. Paved Dutton road may lead to additional through Traffic/increased noise on Dutton Road.
