Thank all for your wonderful support these last few weeks - Duke Administration responded swiftly to the petition and worked quickly on a solution. The text of the response: "We recently announced that Duke would no longer be able to offer alumni memberships to campus recreation facilities. Since then, we’ve heard from many alumni who have told us how much they value these memberships and asked us to reconsider. And so we have. We are pleased to let you know that we have found an alternative way to make recreation memberships available to our alumni. " Again, thank you for your wonderful support. Let us continue to improve the Duke community by reinforcing that we all are a part of something greater than ourselves. Scott Martin
