As this is gaining attention, there have been some comments debating over the major news channels starting to cover the Matt Pothoff story.

And let's make this clear:
It doesn't matter who is reporting the story!!!! We don't care about Left & Right. We are a group of MANY different people, living in Dubuque.

This started out as Dubuque people seeing his past charges and not wanting him as our officer!!! We reached out to any news station that would listen!!! We are Dubuque PARENTS with children, putting aside our political leanings and asking what the fuck is happening in our sheriff department!!!!!

Please let's not turn this political as it gains attention, that's how they divide it before it reaches the top!!!!!!! It's about PREDATORS not POLITICS! We simply don't want them around us and in our sheriff department!
