The Abbey theatre in Dublin has listed a matinee of a new play Girl on an Altar running this summer for a midweek performance on Wednesday 9th August. Yippee they are listening!  however ..........there is a problem.......whilst they have the matinee show listed their website has aforementioned matinee as not on sale.

So folks. Yes they have agreed with what we have been saying, they have scheduled a midweek matinee, they just won't sell any tickets for it!!!!!

So please drop an email to the box office and say this:

I note you have scheduled a midweek matinee on Wednesday 9th August for the new play Girl on an Altar. The only problem seems to be that you don't have tickets for sale. Why list a show if you don't allow people to buy tickets when tickets for every other showing of this play are on sale?   Its great you recognise the demand for midweek matinees just a pity we cannot buy tickets for it!
