The dublinbikes self-service bike rental system operates across Dublin City Centre. It is one of the most successful bike sharing schemes in the world.

At the moment, there is no dublinbikes station on the South Circular Road, or in a large part of the Dublin 8 area. The nearest bike station is 15 minutes walking distance from Griffith College and is located in Portobello.

We want to change this!

We are initiating the petition to Dublin City Councils Dublinbikes Scheme to include Griffith College location in the next expansion phase of the dublinbikes scheme.

We believe a dublinbikes station would be beneficial to the local community and to all students who could use the service to easily commute to and from the city centre.
