We celebrate #internationalyouthsday two month ago while Pakistan celebrate their independence yesterday before the D-day. Even today, possibility of treaty deals going on between UAE and Israel as approached by Trump's administration was done.

According to Ann Kioko of CitizenGo, this year mark the celebration of the first anniversary of Asia Bibi's release and liberation movement from death by hanging when she was accused of blasphemy, thereby setting a precedent under religions by jurisprudence of International Court of Justice. In Nigeria here, currently in the Northern hemisphere, unjust killing/genocide were carried out by some sects, both identified or unidentified groups on one side while there is poor governance on the other sides; a "position" that is being held and left unattended to without any given justifiable defined reasons -both morally, spiritually, physically, secularly and others, by the constituted GOVERNMENT of Nigeria, which is of course, isn't supposed to be, given the Constitution that bonded us as one and thus declared any acts of crimes or intolerable governance be punishable or queried by the full weight of the Powers vested in the three joint arms of Federal Republic of Nigeria as a Government vetoed by the people on whom they governed as elected to represent us.

But rather, We have only continued to hurt ourselves the more instead of cherishing a path that translated to the DREAMS of a better Nigeria Tommorrow.

Of course, severally, we do gave up on Nigeria but we have never, and will never and thus must never gave in to defeat of A better Nigeria Tommorrow vis-a-vis a better led and governed Nigerian citizens in a satisfactorily enabling and quality environmental living conditions; which must thus be founded on a just system that ensure and enhance a stable socio-economic development for all.

Why? SIMPLY BECAUSE THE HOPE OF A LIVING PATRIOTIC NIGERIAN HEART BEAT ALWAYS FOR THE PROSPERITY OF ALL.

 

The Motion:

"SCRAPPED THE OLD SYSTEMS AND VALIDATE THE INNOVATIVE YOUTHS FULL PARTICIPATION IN GOOD GOVERNANCE AND PUBLIC POLICY FOR FULL RETURN ON INVESTMENT ON OUR "DREAMS". ENOUGH IS ENOUGH."

 

Reasons:

An Islamic Sharia court in Kano State, Nigeria, has sentenced Yahaya Sharif-Aminu, a 22-year-old singer, to death by hanging over an allegedly blasphemous song he shared on WhatsApp in March 2020, Mr. Yahaya must still be granted justice by being set free from death sentence noose hanging over head and around his life if we ought to remember another story of  a Nigerian soldier that was once sentenced to death "for asking question". Man has survived it. #HOPE won.

P.S: Set the Musician Man, KANONINE free or at best, if guilty, give him community work inside Emir Palace. Death is not the last tender neither is it the first resort nor should it be at all. 

Evidences to influence CHANGE on reasons given above:

If we remember: that a "precedent" of another country (or similar cases either by jurisdiction or jurisprudence), always set in motion a standard for others, of which by Islamic religion(s) worldwide, Nigeria must obey the call to follow up. Recently, teenage marriage was banned by Saudi Arabia but Nigeria as regards the northerners, still failed to obey despite being under the bonding banner of one Quranic Ties/binding Islamic code of conduct. Now, by Jurisdictional power of the International Criminal Court of Justice (ICC), together with both local and international communities' influences, the Northern hemisphere, bonded under one constitutionalized Nigeria, are hereby expressly required to comply with the full weight of the decisions as petitioned to free the man sentenced to death, then dealt with those parties in support of the death sanctions enacted where duly appropriate because they have not well represented the good heart of the people and citizens by whom they were elected to stand up for and stand in for.

Also, scrapped every enactments already due for CHANGE as updated in international confluence such as the legality of marraigeable teenage girls being 18 and many others.

Updates on Motion for CAUSES:

Always introduce and create "laws" that protect the citizens lives and rights - with sustainable tariffs, hence our government must reviewed CAMA, NIPOST, CAC, SARZ/SWAT and others again with immediate effects to the above outlined requests.

Lower or suspend or remove where appropriate every unjustifiable laws and tariffs or taxes. Also, update all laws vis-a-vis the Constitution to equitably favoured all parties concerned, that is, the Nigerian citizens as a whole in all spheres of life and economy that cuts across all sectors.

Make GOVERNMENT an open civil partnerships to all - Nigerian only; which put our resources and innovations in good trust and to good and legal use, so that all relationship are adequately provided with their dividends of GOVERNANCE while ensuring the protection of all lawfully reasonable RIGHTS as enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria including the Land Use Acts.

Provide by updating laws that prevent any more avoidable deaths while granting justice that remove every other unacceptable stringent sanctions drafted and implemented both in times past till dates. Stop abusing laws and powers ever again.

Therefore, We must all neccesarily act now to prevènt uncontrollable consequential explosions, which actions like this death sentence and the various killing as highlighted will enhance if wrong decisions made by the authorities are left unspoken against, or let me propose that, in this regards - every or any forms of insecurities that destabilize our socio-economic development and growth as a whole as fostered and promoted is inherently detriment to the kind of societies we want to live in, both individually and for the collective good vis-a-vis the DREAMS for a better Nigeria Tommorrow and Africa as well as the world at large if we do not act NOW.
