Vance Coffman was Lockheed Martin's CEO four years ago during the F-22 program. GM promotes only within a failed culture and requires a new CEO with vision from outside to avoid collapse. Ford's CEO came from Boeing. Let's bring a Boeing-Lockheed style rivalry with aerospace know-how to our car industry and increase auto exports with value.
