This morning, it was announced that Dr. Tyler Burgess will no longer be principal of Vestavia Hills High School.

In these challenging times, we need more than ever the love and stability Dr. Burgess provides to our school.

Dr. Burgess is not only a remarkable principal, but he is also a man of highest integrity and genuinely cares for each student and faculty member.

Dr. Burgess was a major supporter of all extracurricular activities. He came to every game and concert and supported all arts and sports.

We, the Vestavia Hills High School student body, as well as parents, teachers, and community members are in full support of reinstating Dr. Burgess as Principal of Vestavia Hills High School.
