Restrict all contact (visits, verbals, offers, ect) between NCAA D1/D2 college coaches and players before July 1st of their junior year (summer before the start of their junior year)

Too many colleges are recruiting players that are too young to know what college will be the right fit for them. They recruit these young players with only a verbal commitment as early as 7th grade and if the player doesn't pan out the college yanks their verbal commitment. Why they are verbally committed no other school looks at them. Colleges will verbally commit a freshman and take the commitment away when she is a senior.
