This letter is in regards to the termination of Thomas S. Wootton High Schools head football coach Tyree Spinner. As a current football player at Thomas S. Wootton High School I feel as though it is unjust and unfair of the actions held against Coach Spinner. He has not only acted as a coach for Wootton football but as a father figure and a mentor to almost all the students Wootton has had in the last two years. His lessons and mentor has inspired us to be great and to reach the highest levels in life.  Tyree Spinner and the rest of the Wootton coaching staff have always had a strict set of morals and rules that they expected from all of us  which was taking pride in the things you do in life, respect, and responsibility for our own destiny. Coaches’ motto “P.R.I.D.E” helped us fight hard not only for ourselves but for everything we stood for most importantly the Wootton logo that was attached to each one of our helmets. Coach did everything he could to help bring us together as a family and teach us life lessons while also making it fun. The thrill and excitement they gave us will never be the same if you take him away from us If Coach Tyree Spinner  is not reinstated, not only would you lose an amazing coach and role model, but also a father figure for the current and upcoming student athletes. We will not let our voices go unheard, we will not stop until our goal has been accomplished, for if you fail to see the damage you have done to all of our lives and future we will see this all the way out as far as it can go ,as Coach Spinner would say quitting is not an option we never give up on family.
