I would like to start this petition to get easier way to cross roads at whitfield dover Kent. So we don't have to go in the under ground when dark. Even when it's snowing because the council don't de ice the area, for when kids go school runs and even elderly to shops. 

On main reason was because my 13 year old daughter was killed by a car on whitfield hill on 15 to October 2021.

Whilst coming back from mc donalds. All they have done is cut some of tree on round about and put light on where it happens.

So please help me do something about it all ways accidents there if cars, lorries and even people.
