Maricopa County is #2 in the nation for Pet Overpopulation.  2 dogs and their offspring can produce 67,000 dogs in just 6 years!  Shelters are bursting at the seams and dogs are tragically euthanized.  Countless volunteer hours, donations, and tax dollars are spent trying to bandage a growing problem.  All of this can be solved with mandatory spay/neuter laws with real consequences.  Think of the human resources, donation dollars, tax dollars, and volunteer hours that could then be diverted to saving HUMAN lives.

This problem doesn't just affect the poor dogs that are living horrific lives and eventually euthanized due to pet overpopulation.  This affects everyone whether you are a tax payer or recipient.  These resources don't have to be wasted!  There is a solution - mandatory spay/neuter laws!  

Sign this petition and tell Governor Doug Ducey to implement mandatory spay/neuter laws with real consequences.  Many other states and cities have them.
