Should Walmart.com accept Dogecoin as a form of payment? I believe there are many benefits that could come from the cryptocurrency known as Dogecoin. Let us take a look at a few important reasons why I believe Walmart should accept Dogecoin.

    There are many people who choose not to use a bank account for their own reasons, Including myself. This inhibits our ability to make purchases online or make them very difficult. The acceptance of Dogecoin could broaden the ability to shop online. Which may also help the people within our very own community.

    As of 2021, We are in the midst of a global pandemic. This makes in-store shopping unsafe for everyone, especially those with preexisting health conditions. Those who do not have the means to shop online are left with no other option, but to shop in-store.

    Walmart being a major retailer should accept Dogecoin as a form of payment. Dogecoin is inexpensive and affordable for everyone, they also have a huge supply of approximately 127 billion coins.

    With that being said, I think it is time for Walmart to be one of the first major retailers to not only accept Dogecoin but to help grow our economy so that we can move forward.
