Over the past 2 terms, Doug Ford has run Ontario into the ground.

We have never seen times like these where hospitals close at night, ambulances go unmanned, citizens waiting 8-10 years for a Family Physician (GP) and dying for treatable causes due to lack of care.

Our Greenspace & protected habitats are being sold off to the highest bidder for sprawl. We are losing our native species, wetlands, forests and nature at an alarming rate. Currently the RCMP are investigating these transactions as they have grounds to believe illegal activity took place involving Ford and his employees.

Our Social Services have been slashed severely, housing is scarce and unaffordable for most. Food abd basic needs are so expensive people are often in the position to have to choose between eating and keeping bills paid, housing secure.

Housing is unaffordable and our vacancy rates are at 1% - driving prices higher. The cost of a basic one bedroom apartment is estimated to cost around 80-120% of a single minimum wage workers' monthly income. 

For a one bedroom apartment averaging at $1600/month it would account for:

Single OW Recipient - 320% of their income

Single ODSP Recipient - 121% of their income

Single CPP Recipient - 100% of their income

It also has now been revealed that Mr. Ford is giving Therme Spa a minimum of $650 million tax payer dollars, with some estimates reaching $1 billion tax payer dollars, to destroy & privatize our public Ontario Place.

ONTARIO IS IN CRISIS.

We, the people of Ontario, demand the following:

• 100% transparency as to how our tax dollars are being appropriated.
• Doug Ford resigns effective immediately.
• A new election for Ontario Premier.
• Restoration of funding to Healthcare, Environment and Social Services within 1 fiscal year.
