The legislation to strip Tarion of its regulator role was passed in 2017, and Feb. 1, 2021, and many millions of dollars later, the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) finally opened its doors.
Here's the latest bad press - this time in The Lawyers Daily - , with CPBH's President, Dr. Karen Somerville, raising concerns.
