CPBH volunteers are with heavy hearts today as Daniel Browne-Emery is laid to rest. 

This two-minute video is of MPP Tom Rakocevic sharing Daniel's tragic story in the Ontario Legislature last year. 

After years of fighting, in 2020, Daniel finally was able to reach a settlement with Tarion but in order to get that, Tarion forced him to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In 2020, on Facebook, Daniel called for a class action suit against Tarion. 

Daniel remained firm to the end that Tarion's monopoly must end. 

Rest in peace, Daniel.  CPBH, and many others, will continue your fight in hopes that others do not suffer like you did.
