The Ford Government named its Bill 159 the "Rebuilding Consumer Confidence Act 2020". But consumers have told two different government committees loud and clear over the past six months that its Bill 159 fails to rebuild consumer confidence and adequately protect consumers.

The only ones we know of who support Bill 159 come from the development industry.  

The NDP and the Green Party have proposed dozens of amendments to the Ford Government but they were all rejected by the PCs. 

Clearly it's time for the Ford Government to go back to the drawing table if they really want to rebuild consumer confidence.
