Today: Finally the Ford Gov't is going to table legislation related to Tarion

So, today is the day when we learn what the Ford Gov't plans on doing with Tarion. Here are some key things we will be looking for:

- immediately dismantling Tarion - ending Tarion's monopoly - appointing an Administrator to take over in the interim - & then establishing a multi-provider warranty model;

- an investigation mechanism, e.g. police, for homeowners who allege builders acted dishonestly & broke the law; and

- a dispute resolution process for unresolved homeowner disputes.
