On April 18, 2017, NDP Critic MPP Singh sent Minister MacCharles a strong letter in relation to Justice Cunningham's Tarion Review final report. For example, this letter included concerns that her ministry has not yet committed to stripping Tarion of its monopoly - as Justice Cunningham recommended! He also said: "...Tarion reform is long overdue, and Ontario's new home buyers cannot afford to let Justice Cunningham's report gather dust on a shelf. Your ministry must act quickly to implement his important recommendations..." It's great to see MPP Singh weighing in!
