Justice Cunningham delivered his report in Dec. 2016, and the Wynne Government finally released it on Mar. 28, 2017. With that release, the Wynne Government announced that it will table new legislation in the fall related to some of Justice Cunningham's recommendations. But what about the rest of Justice Cunningham's important recommendations? And what about all of the Ontarians who are continuing to suffer in the meantime? At the rate that the Wynne Government is going, it is going to take at least until 2018 for this new legislation to be approved, and 2019-2020 for it to be implemented, along with the related regulations. And what about all of the homeowners who feel that their claims have been wrongly denied by Tarion? Not a peep about this so far from the Wynne Government.
