End Systemic Racism In Arizona, We have work to do, it's our time

1. Funding for the Office of Accountability & Transparency & Civilian Review Board for ALL LOCAL & STATE POLICE departments
- To include Mandatory Reporting of Police Officers on other Police Officers to the Review Board- Confidentiality
2. Diversity, Inclusion and Communication Training Annually for Police and First Responders
- Also, Diversity Training inserted as a 8th grade promotional requirement
- In addition, Funds/ Grants to extend training sessions to private businesses.
3. Community Liaison in high crime neighborhoods
- Grant Funds to create a new position in the Police force in every municipality for community policing/ liaison. 
4. Create new criteria for Hiring and Training Police Officers
