Child Protective Service agencies all over the U.S. have too much power and too much incentives that give them the ability to remove children from their home, based on little to no evidence and based on assumptions of the untrained, underqualified, and uneducated social worker. I will speak mostly about my states agency, Department of Child Services. It is a widespread issue that needs to be looked at and needs to be abolished completely. Although I know this will never happen, something serious needs to be done. Just a few examples would be ridding the incentives and funding that supports this evil entity, ridding immunities in court system, bringing back jury trials in dependency cases, the list goes on. These people, if that is what you want to call them, I call them "the one's doing the devil's work," are ruining lives, and CLAIM TO HAVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN as their purpose, when in reality they do more damage to the emotional, psychological, mental, & physical health of our children than ANYONE! All you have to do is do some research into state Child Protection Agency statistics and you will see facts. My daughter has been removed 2 times from me now. 1st time when she was 3 days old, and we hadn't even left the hospital. This was supposedly justified by "past allegations" made MANY years prior that 1.) were all unfounded and unsubstantiated and 2.) were proven to be false allegations made by my mother who had a vendetta against me, where she was threatened by the Head Supervisor of Yavapai County CPS division, that if she didn't stop making false allegations about me, that they would file charges against her and prosecute her themselves. 2nd time, the most recent removal 5 years later, I was not even involved in but involved my at the time ex, who was the man that raised my daughter. DCS has made up every reason and every assumption and every "what-if" in the book to keep my daughter from me! It is not right. And now the woman and fiancé of my daughters absent, convict biological father has guardianship of her, the same woman that told bio dad to turn his back on us and deny us. She has told my daughter that she is to call her mom, my daughter is scared of her and isn't allowed to have anything that comforts her from home, she isn't allowed to bring anything that she receives as gifts from me back home, and now this woman is NOT supporting the ongoing relationship and BOND that me and my daughter have with one another, and making me pay close to $300 every time I want to have a visit with my baby girl! I could go on with the injustices. I will be filing a civil lawsuit as well as a class action lawsuit against AZ DCS, and I will be loud about this. AND.... I found out at my contested guardianship hearing that my court appointed attorney has not submitted ONE DOCUMENT that I had specifically asked him to submit to the courts in the entire 1.5 year lifespan of my case. I spent countless hours on typing up motions, and declarations and letters. Put ALL my evidence PROVING THE INCOMPETANCE OF DCS, exposing all their lies and statements made under oath. AND NOTHING WAS EVER SEEN BY THE COURTS! I have been DILIGENT!
