Our Constitutional rights are being attacked by the same man who promised to assure our rights to keep and bare arms in an act of betrayal by submitting his intent to place a (severe threat order of protection) law, though it is worded different it is very much the same as the (extreme risk protection order) or (Red Flag) law in which allows law enforcement to remove firearms from any person deemed a danger to himself or others without due process. This is a clear violation of the 2nd, 4th, 5th and 9th amendments of the Constitution of the United States.
