Looks like Brookville Park in Rosedale Queens or Cunningham Park might just be the only dog runs for your Fido. Upon doing research there are some that are driving distance but what if you live in southeast Queens? Are there multiple dog runs where you can feel safe knowing fido isn’t going to get hit by a car, can socialize with his buddies, or run freely without you pulling him on the leash? 

Fido needs a safe dog run in more than just 1 park in southeast Queens. According to wagwalking.com, the area of Cambria Heights, St. Albans, Laurelton and Springfield Gardens are lovely, peaceful areas to walk, however you won’t find too many pet necessities, or parks where your Fido can sniff and run. 

The closest green space is the Cambria Playground, but it doesn’t allow dogs. The other playgrounds do not have grass at all. Many of the parks in the vicinity do not allow pets and the ones that do are only for the residents of those communities. For this reason I am asking for your signature to get your cute baby Fido his/her own dog run that is within walking distance!!!

We need large space, with wood chips or rough sand to avoid mud and digging, benches where you can sit, we need a peaceful area to meditate while your pup runs wild, pet treat dispensers, poop bags, playground fido equipment, water, and most of all exercise for large & small fido’s.
