This is an amendment to the Constitution for the United States,  It is called the American Accountability Committee Amendment, Amendment 28, enacting a committee of the American People with no particular degree, made up of 25 of each recognized race, 25 White Americans, 25 African Americans, 25. Asian Americans, 25 Native Hawaiian Americans. 25 Alaska Native Americans, 25 American Indians, 25 Hispanic Americans. And if need be, and if over whelmed, each race will increase equally to hold accountable any wrong doing.  And any additional race that has not been recognized.  Not government employees but paid by special contract and independent contractors to hold accountable the changes outlined in this Amendment to the Constitution.  All changes apply to the President, and any other member acting as public servant of the people.

1.Term Limits. 2 three year terms, except for president of 2 four year terms, conditionally based upon their service to the people, after the first three years, or 4 years if president, it will be mandatory that each Congressman or the president makes the people aware what it is they have done while in office. The presidents salary not to exceed 65,000 a year.  Reporting to the American public all good and bad, leaving nothing out. Sending to each and every American through the post office, and or website for viewing by the people and the people will be allowed to vote them in for a 2nd 3 year term based on that information. Not to exceed 2 three year terms. Congressmen, are not allowed under penalty of perjury and mandatory prison time of 25 years with NO parole, to lie to or deceive the people about their first 3 year service. If the people do not accept the track record while a Congressman is in office for the first 3 year term, the people have every right to replace all those who fail to do their job, and SAID Congressman is fired from his job, by the will and consent of the people to be replaced by another person of their choice.

2. A Congressman collects a salary while in office comparable to the majority of the people they represent. Since most Americans are middle class, a Congressman’s wage will begin at 40,000 a year.

3. Congressmen can no longer retire with the same pay after only one term or any amount of term, but will seek employment out in the world just like the American citizen does. Pensions are void and Congressmen will have to plan for their own retirement.

4. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people, and, Congressmen can buy or save, or invest further

6. Congressmen can save and plan for their retirement as most Americans do, there will no longer be a retirement plan to hold office.

7. There will be No guaranteed tenure for Congressmen, they can be fired for not doing their job at the will of the people after or even during their first 3 year term.

8. Congressmen will no longer vote them selves’ a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%, not to exceed 45,000 over time served.

9. Congressmen must equally abide by and be held liable for ALL laws they impose on the American people. A special accountability committee, occupied by the average American, will investigate and hold accountable all wrong doing. This committee from here on out will be called the “American accountability committee” concerning Congressmen. Each committee member will be paid as if private contract and will not be an employee of the government in any fashion. This committee will hold 25 members each of the races identified on American soil. Hence 25 White Americans, 25 African Americans, 25. Asian Americans, 25 Native Hawaiian Americans. 25 Alaska Native Americans, 25 American Indians, 25 Hispanic Americans. And if need be, and if over whelmed, each race will increase equally to hold accountable any wrong doing.  And any additional race that has not been recognized.

10. All contracts concerning pay or benefits are void. Congressmen are no longer allowed to make up any contract concerning their benefits, or pay.

11. All allowances HAVE to be approved, items in use while in office such as office expenses, official business mail travel between a Member’s district or state and Washington D.C. and other goods and services.

12. Congressmen’s outside incomes and interests are no longer permissible. Their service to the people is TOP priority.

13. Special interest groups, lobbyists, are to be disbanded and dissolved. No longer will Congressmen be influence by monitorial means or friendships to sway the members of Congress to do their bidding. No other business of any nature by whatever name may take their place.  It is punishable by 25 years in prison with no parole to all involved.

14. All punishments, and charges for commercial crimes against the people will be uniform across the UNITED STATES.

 15. All government ran schools will remove their propaganda history, and real history will be taught. And every good and bad detail will be taught. The people’s children deserve to know the real events of history, and so do the people.

16. The Attorney General, the President, all judges of the UNITED STATES are accountable to The American Accountability Committee. Violators will be subject to 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole in any circumstance.   Any public official who attempts for forgo this penalty will be subject to 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole.

17. The Corporate media, can no longer accept information that has not been investigated by a freelance reporter. Said free lance reporter that does not turn in an unbiased report is subject to 25 years in prison with no parole. Media cannot be propagandized by those that own these services that the public reads, to cause confusion with the people, that result in lies to the people, that exaggerate the truth to the people, that cause the people fear, that are libelous to the people, in order to sway the people’s judgment for a propaganda agenda. The people will be told the truth, AT ALL TIMES, the owners of any and all media that does not comply, each person is subject to 25 years in prison with NO parole.  Any judge who attempts for forgo this penalty will be subject to 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole.

18. The Internal Revenue Service, is to be reformatted to do the job they were intended to do, and to void all contracts and laws that support this system, that involve the American public through each individual STRAWMAN.  Each American has a right to employment without the Internal Revenue Contract or interference. The W-4 form is a STRAWMAN CONTRACT against a dead corporation and the American hard labor  is penalized for it. The IRS's duties are tobacco, firearms and alcohol, and Corporate gain……….American's have had their birth name converted into a dead corporation for corporate gain, this is extortion, theft, theft of public funds, domestic terrorism, and above all SLAVERY. All for the benefit of the UNITED STATES AND FEDERAL RESERVE.  This kind of enslavement or any kind shall forever cease to exist, and the American people's true credit will forever be restored to them.  Violators will be subject to 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole in any circumstance.  Any judge who attempts for forgo this penalty will be subject to 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole.

19. The legal age for drinking will be 18 years of age, since an individual is subject to enlistment in the military at this age, all restrictions are void and the legal age to do anything is 18 years of age.

20. The banking cartels are to be disbanded to never be allowed to reformat their system in any form.  Since the people's credit is to be returned to them, there will be no need for this system, and one based on the people's credit will be designed and used.  All public officials that try to disregard this in any fashion up to and including the banking cartels are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole.

21. Any American who is part of the American Accountability Committee, who, by any reason, seems not to have the American People's best interest in mind in all matters, will be replaced, with no question on the spot.  Their actions will be investigated, to show liability, and is punishable by 25 years in prison with no parole.  This committee is not allowed to fraternize with those public officials that either hold office or have held office in the past, to show any kind of favoritism for the established government.  This committee is not allowed to have another job, this one is for the people, to protect the people.  By protection, it is not meant to establish more STRAWMAN  laws.  The people have a right to consent or not consent, and when the consent does not exist rule of law stops for minor instances.  Traffic stops, marijuana etc. In other words, All instances where intentional death has occurred, or intentional severe bodily harm with intent to murder, or child molestation will be the only offences considered a felony, all others are misdemeanors.  Except the offences committed by those representing the American people outlined throughout Amendment 28.

22. Pharmaceutical companies, for the demise and profiting from the people taking their drugs, will cease and desist all medication that is not natural to the human body, Dr’s will re-educate themselves to life saving natural remedies. Taking one drug, for a particular ailment, that causes side effects that will need additional man made drugs is not conducive to the general well being of the American. Chemo, and radiation for cancer will be replaced with the known cures for cancer that have been suppressed by the pharmaceutical companies. All those living individuals in the pharmaceutical companies not adhering to the new standards are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole, and are accountable to the American Accountability Committee.

23. All 3 letter government agencies, or any agencies of the government not mentioned will be accountable to the American Accountability Committee. Their salaries, will be similar to the salaries outlined in #2 not to exceed #8.

24.  The American Accountability Committee, will be salaried at 65,000 a year.  They will serve 5 years.  They will continue to make the American public aware of their findings and work, any one committee member, slacking, not doing their job, is to be replaced, by another American of the people's choice, the position will go up immediately for the people's vote.  The wrongdoer will be investigated by their own committee and is subject to 25 years in prison with no parole.

25. The established government will no longer hide behind the words "a matter of national security" to hide their devious ventures, abroad or here on American soil. No more wars for nation building.  No more false flag operations on American's.  No more using the middle class and poor man's children for their monitorial gain. All wrong doers will be subject to 25 years in prison with no parole.

26.  All those government officials or their agent, current and past, who have been responsible for not honoring any treaty with the American Indian are to be sought out, their crime of not honoring the treaty revealed to the American Indian and public.  The treaty is to be restored, with concessions at the discretion of those tribes affected as agreed upon for the crimes of the government past and present.  Such officials and agents are accountable to the American Accountability Committee.  They are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole.　

27. When the American Indian seeks to preserve animal life of any kind at their own expense and on their own property, the agencies are to honor their request.  Hence, animals that are to be culled. Preservation of life of animals is sacred to the American Indian as all life is.  Those officials who turn a blind eye, or deaf ear are accountable to the American Accountability Committee.  They are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole.　

28.  Prisons for profit will no longer exist.  The only crime chargeable is a felony outlined in #21.  These people’s rights for non-crimes and misdemeanors will be restored to them.  Any violations are accountable to the American Accountability Committee.  They are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole

29.  Children who are in prisons who, are not of consenting age the age of 18 as outlined in # 19, are to be released.  Children not of age could not possibly understand the laws at present, and since the definition of felony has changed as outlined in 21. Organizations will be set up to nurture and condition them to be responsible American’s out in the world where they will return.  Any violations are accountable to the American Accountability Committee.  They are subject to 25 years in prison with no parole
