The failure in the Systems of Accountability
If this private investigator would have been held accountable by many governing bodies, at that ANY time, then this private investigator would have been arrested and incarcerated for his crimes committed in past investigations. (see photo regarding another case in 2012, 2 years before Jake Latiolais’s Disappearance.)
This petition is a call for help due to the failure in the Systems of Accountability.
Pleas to the highest governing bodies, in this state, were ignored, silenced, redirected from one place to another to another etc.., leaving us with this appeal to the President of the United States of AMERICA.

What is the connection?
- The same Private Investigator who received the 18-month Prison Sentence for “Illegally Using The President's Social Security Number in an Attempt to Obtain Federal Tax Information” (link to DOJ immediate release document) is the same Private Investigator who played a major role in, one of many, derailments in the investigation into the disappearance of Jake Latiolais.
- Jake’s mother was defrauded by this same Private Investigator when he initiated his offer to Jake’s mother, claiming to ”provide private investigative services”, yet, he illegally obtained crowdsourced funding from an online account by deception and false representation.

Why is the connection relevant to the investigation into the disappearance of Jake Latiolais?
- Other than the actions of Jake’s mother, there hasn’t been a serious attempt to locate Jake since his disappearance on 08/29/2014.
- The Systems of Accountability failed Jake and his mother in every aspect of Jake’s case, from Day One.
- We are asking for a proper investigation to be conducted & to consider this as one example of proof, from one aspect of Jake Latiolais / Missing Person case.
- We are asking for the same attention by the same agencies that created in The U.S. Attorney’s Office—Cyber Security Initiative be given to help locate, solve, and bring justice to all involved in Jake’s disappearance & to all involved who did not follow the investigative process protocols for missing persons.
- We are asking for some news media time to help report the news.
If all entities would have followed their protocols, then it’s more probable than not, that the investigation into the disappearance of Jake Latiolais would be solved by now.
