Resurrecting and updating digital paths is part of repairing the Systems of Accountability.
Effective Communication is an essential element in repairing these systems. One reason they failed is due to the lack of effective communications during the most important part of the Investigative Process, Initial Call to First Responders. This includes, but not limited to:
- Citizen(s) to Dispatch Call Center(s)
- Dispatch Call Center(s) to Law Enforcement Unit(s)
- The FIRST Law Enforcement Officials arriving on-scene
Jake is a person, born into this world June 18th, 1992, went to school, graduated with honors, worked, was starting his own business, paid taxes, until 08/29/2014, then he became, and I quote, "..just a simple missing person..".
Jake is a person, and his BODY is somewhere!
When a person goes missing, does the person become just a simple memory?
