This petition becomes necessary owing to the incessant unlawful killings of Nigerian civilians by SARS (Special Anti Robbery Squad) an arm of the Nigerian Police Force. The government has failed to address the issue for a long time now,hence this petition. Data collected show, that every day in Nigeria, at least two civilian deaths are directly linked to SARS. Some of their cells have become an abattoir where civilians are slaughtered without trial in Court. Notorious among these cells is Awkuzu SARS located in Anambra State of Nigeria.

To this end, since the government of the day has failed to address the issue, then declaring the group (SARS) a terror group and thereby outlawing them becomes necessary.
