Women should not lose their freedom because men commit sexual violence.

A woman should be able to walk through a park, travel, study, work, and live her life without being told to stay inside for her own safety.

It's a violation of our ( women) fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution under Articles 14, 15, and 16. It's a directly discrimination based on sex. We demand justice.

The solution to violence against women cannot be restricting women.

We are calling on the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta, and the Delhi Government to:

• Protect women’s right to access public spaces freely.
• Take strict and timely action against perpetrators of rape and sexual violence.
• Make parks, streets and public spaces safer through lighting, CCTV and effective policing.
• Strengthen rapid-response systems and support for survivors.
• Focus on preventing crimes and holding perpetrators accountable instead of restricting women.

WOMEN DESERVE FREEDOM.
