Don't lock up the Victorian bush

The issue

The great Victorian Goldfield region renowned and loved by 4WD, motorbike and horse enthusiasts, campers, fishermen, prospectors and  families, is under threat by being locked away.
International groups, local and state political groups and lobbyists, want to limit the above activities from being conducted in over 25,000 square km of land within shires including Ballarat, Bendigo, Hepburn and the Pyrenees. Article here and Central West Investigation
Without the influx of these groups, including many interstate and overseas visitors who enjoy these areas, many local towns and businesses will cease to exist.
We all love the bush and the onus is on each one of us to protect, preserve and respect, the flora and fauna, in this beautiful part of Australia, not for some office jockey to lock it away forever!

The Investigation being conducted by the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council (VEAC) a suspected biased organisation.  Our petition will ensure they are aware of the public scrutiny and desire for these areas to stay open.

Please sign and share and help us keep the Australian lifestyle alive!
