We're doing amazingly on the signature front! To transform that into success, Cadnant Planning need you to drop a brief email to PAC@cadnantplanning.co.uk requesting the children's soft play is kept in the redevelopment (there is an example below which you can copy and paste! It will take 2 minutes!).

There were positive discussions at the public pre-planning consultation event, and lots of people taking about the soft play. Andy Ainscough (of Global Shred Ventures Ltd) told us that he'd not realised how strong the community felt about keeping the soft play and that he is keen to look for a way to keep it! He and the redevelopment designer are looking at options including keeping it in its current situation on the mezzanine, or increasing the space in the downstairs cafe area. All excellent options.... If they happen!

Sadly discussions with Cadnant Planning weren't so encouraging. They seemed confused about what is being asked for, and disinclined to find out or change anything in response to public opinion. So let's keep up the momentum and tell them what we want!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my objection to the loss of the children's soft play located on the mezzanine at Adventure Parc Snowdonia. Please retain it, either in it's current position, or in the first floor cafe area, or elsewhere on site in the proposed redevelopment. 

As a community we feel very strongly about this and request that you take our concerns into consideration, particularly given that local (and visiting) families and children will be significantly disadvantaged if the soft play facilities are lost.

This is an opportunity for Global Shred Ventures Ltd. to listen to the community and consider the needs of those wishing to continue using the site. We would be elated if the soft play were to be retained.
