A dog from the neighborhood of Dhakuria, Kolkata is hit and run over by a negligent driver. Now, the poor dog has been rendered paraplegic,  and has lost  her mobility. 

 Unless we all get together, and raise conciousness among people against reckless driving, these hapless innocent animals will keep getting sacrificed at the altar of human cruelty. Please let's urge our government to bring the most stringent laws against the cruelty of animals.

Let's urge our government to bring unbailable laws with imprisonment for at least 5 years against these criminals, if they do not take full responsibility and pay for the entire treatment and rehabilitation of the said animal/s.

And in case of death, we need to urge our government to bring unbailable laws, and imprisonment for at least 5 years. 

Otherwise, rash driving, beating animals and such other cruelty will continue. 

 Please let's get together and be the voice for  the voiceless.
