There are some remote shelters in Iran that good people keep the dogs secretly and far away from cities to avoid any inconvenience for Muslims, now the extremists have found more than four of them in Tehran by now, the have tortured and killed more than 1600 dogs only from one shelter in Damavand, Tehran.
