Thank you all for your support so far.  If youre a year round biker, know somebody who is or use a mobility device on bike lanes please continue to sign and share.  Close passes like the photo take lives, are very dangerous and why most people dont bike in winter.  Its not biking in winter thats unsafe, its city policy that makes it unsafe.  Same can be said for cars, if their lanes werent plowed it'd be just as unsafe and unmanageable as cycling in winter, certainly has nothing to do with the weather.
