On April 6, Senator Carolyn Comitta met with representatives for NS and PennDOT. While Norfolk Southern has already reportedly agreed on the transfer of the bridge to PennDOT, there was no official paperwork completed. Lawyers from both sides wanted time to draw up contracts. TIME IS NOT ON OUR SIDE! Let's hope these contract negotiations don't end up in litigation hell.

Here is a picture from Tuesday, April 14, 2022 of two individuals up on the bridge. A witness said they were throwing rocks down off the bridge. I hope the police were called but I received this picture after it already happened. Please talk to your kids about not going up there!
