As homeowners, we work tirelessly to build a stable life for our families, to invest in property that we can proudly call our own, and to contribute positively to our community ethos. However, the state has decided to allow daycares to operate in residential neighborhoods to deal with the daycare shortage even though it goes against current city zoning laws.
Recently, the city council voted to permit the expansion of a daycare center in our residential area despite significant negative feedback from concerned neighbors.
