US Senator Bob Menendez (D. New Jersey) is a superdelegate pledged to Hillary. He is also under indictment for bribery and corruption. In a very rare move, the court allowed him to appeal the indictment - prior to trial - on the grounds that Senators can't be charged with bribery and corruption!  According to the Washington Post, his argument on appeal is that "the Constitution's 'speech or debate' clause prevents lawmakers' legislative acts from being scrutinized by the other two branches of government — except for 'Treason, Felony and Breach of Peace.'"  Despite his pending indictment, Menendez is still a superdelegate, pledged for Hillary.  Hillary surely can pick 'em! DNC - remove this indicted superdelegate!  We need to take corruption seriously and root it out now! He has no business having a vote as powerful as that of 10,000 individual voters, in selecting the next president when the candidate who got him appointed is under criminal investigation herself.
