Many residents of the Bellway Arunbrook development & the Persimmon Oakwood Meadows development in Stanway do not feel that the development has been completed or maintained to the standards we were expecting. Some issues with the grounds and communal areas include excessive amounts of weeds, an absence of street lighting, barriers and fencing either completely missing or put in the wrong place, large rocks embedded into the grass in open spaces & little to no maintenance work being done on private driveways (list is not exhustive). Also, many residents were informed by Bellway and Persimmons that they would be able to pay monthly. 

Therefore, we are signing this petition as residents to state that we shall not be paying any maintenance fees to DJC Property Management until:

1) DJC arrange to meet with all residents to explain what work has taken place, and will take place moving forward, in relation to the costs they are charging residents, and discuss all the residents concerns with regards to outstanding issues. 

2) DJC to agree to log and address all issues raised by residents and bring the grounds and communal spaces up to acceptable standards ASAP (at no additional cost for residents). Maintenance charges will not be payable by residents until this work has been completed. 

3) DJC commit to maintaining those standards moving forward (at no additional cost for residents), and allow all residents to pay annual fees monthly (at no extra cost).
