Our current skatepark in Yandina is well overdue a make over - we need an upgrade.

Skateboarding is an ever expanding sport, it has expanded locally and massively due to some huge local skateboarding influencers and other skateparks makeovers like; Alex, Dicky's, Nambour and Sunshine. 

Yandina requires a new skatepark to continue to spread skateboarding culture and to meet the Sunshine Coast's population increase.

The Sunshine coast has some very real talent when it comes to Surfing and Skating - we must ensure we have the platforms to support the demand of growing board sports.

The current Yandina Skatepark is aged, worn, with cracking concrete and an old school design that is struggling to provide for the local demand. WE NEED A NEW ONE.
