For far too long have We The People been oppressed by mass surveillance, our privacy and freedom limited by the rapid expansion of Automated License Plate Readers. We have seen time and time again the unchecked power the police have to track and stalk targets.

We've seen countless stories and verified stories of police using flock cameras to track and stalk exes and women

We've seen Police in Wisconsin use Flock Cameras as pretext to stop and search vehicles for leaving the state.

From Texas, Where a woman was tracked across state lines and charged for leaving the state to obtain healthcare. 

We The People should not stand by local municipalities create a state in which we cannot live freely.
We want to give our local government the choice and an ultimatum.

Divest: We The People want Moorhead MN to Divest from any and all Mass Surveillance Technologies, To Cancel any contracts with Palantir and any other ALPR Companies.

Divert: We The People want our tax dollars to better serve the community, any money used for mass surveillance of the people should be put towards literally anything that provides a tangible benefit to our city

DeFlock: We The People want Moorhead to remove and/or dismantle any and all Flock Cameras in the city of Moorhead MN
