HI, this is an open petition for all students of DIT University who desire to bring back the blended mode of classes. As you may all know, DIT has replaced most of the online classes with offline which is of no use and causes a whole lot of inconveniences. So, we have to stand out against the University. The vast majority of students come from all across the country, making it extremely difficult to find a place to live on such short notice and endure financial losses if a lockdown occurs. We were in a similar situation before when offline classes were made mandatory and students traveled from all over the country just to be sent back home after a few days. All the accommodations require advance payments which will not be refunded. As a result, no one will be held accountable except ourselves. The third wave is expected to hit India this month, and just a small number of students have completed their second dosage of vaccination. The university must grant us a formal written undertaking that will not shut down again.  Offline should not be made compulsory for collecting money from students.
