It is ok to run the Octoberfest and Cranberry Festivals. But according to the Distict of Muskoka, it is not feasible to have Santa Claus Parades OUTSIDE for children. Yes, the virtual Parade was a great substitute last year during these uncertain times. But, this crisis is under control and I am starting this petition for the sake of our children. If it is ok to open up concerts and sporting events for THOUSANDS of people INDOORS, then our children have a right to have their Santa Claus Parades back!
