Today, we have got verbal assurance from both Panchayath President and MLA O R Kelu Master's office that a decision has been made to build a temporary bridge access to Nettara Village, which will serve till the concrete bridge comes up. They have also assured that tendering process of the approved concrete bridge will be expedited immediately to ensure that as soon as the water level comes down in the river, construction could begin. Thanking everyone of you for being the voice of this villagers and bringing in the much needed attention of the Local Authorities. Having said that we will be keeping the petition alive till such time the approved concrete bridge is constructed and these villagers have their right of safe passage met. We would like to thank and appeal to our media friends, who played a major role in questioning the authorities concerned to follow up on the implementation of the promise.
