On August 1st, 2020, Beth Ann Turban threw a birthday party for her 16 year old son (Nehemiah Turban) where she not only supplied full bottles of alcohol but drank with these minors which resulted in the death of 2 brothers, Christian Bono (16) & Matthew Bono (15) as well as her own son Nehemiah Turban by car accident. After allowing these children to get drunk she never took their keys & this resulted in their fatal accident shortly after leaving her residence. Not only did she commit these heinous crimes, she contacted multiple children from said party to get them to lie on her account. Her negligent actions took the lives of 3 young boys & her charges are unacceptable. We are reaching out to get these boys the justice they deserve & have the DA’s office see the outrage people are feeling in order to get her the felony charges she deserves. It took the police department over a year to get where we are only for her to be receiving misdemeanor charges in lieu of her actions. Not only do these boys deserve more, their families do.
