Dissolve Green Run Homeowners Association

The Issue

The Green Run Homeowners Association charges too much for what you get out of it. The Annual fee is 480.00 and all it seems to offer is 2 Pools which are only open part time and access to a club house. The HOA has over 22 employees with over 1,000,000.00 in Payroll and Benefits!!  They are very intrusive if you have rental properties or run a small business out of your home. Rent to a family member? They charge $50 fee to register a rental property. Fail to obey their rules? They want to charge $10 per day penalty and put a lien on your property. The HOA has over 4000 homes with annual revenue of over 2,000,000.00 per year.  The HOA appears to have over 4,000,000.00 in cash and operating funds.  Is it time to Dissolve this obsolete idea or a PUD and Cash out.  Each resident may be able to get over 10,000.00 each if this HOA is dissolved.  We have no idea how much buildable real estate can be sold also.  

It's time we take action against these unfair practices and dissolve the Green Run Homeowners Association. Sign this petition to support our cause!
