I'm sure that anyone who lives in Channing Cox/Maxwell is familiar with the rude awakening of construction equipment clanging, thumping, and literally shaking their entire apartment. It starts almost every morning at 8:00 am, and it's more than a little disruptive making it nearly impossible to get a restful sleep during these early hours. 

This construction is not just a nuisance; it has become a quality of life issue for all of us living here. The constant disturbance and potential damage to personal property need to be addressed urgently. With many residents working late nights, students studying into the evening, or simply individuals who need their rest, being abruptly awakened is unacceptable. As residents, we have a right to a peaceful living environment.

We are asking the construction companies and Dartmouth to take immediate action by pushing the start time of this construction to a later hour, such as 10:00 am. This small adjustment could make a significant difference in our daily lives, allowing us all to get sufficient sleep and peace of mind, and prevent any further damage to our living spaces.

We deserve to live without the stress of waking up to a construction site right outside our windows. Please support this cause to bring a bit more comfort back to our mornings and preserve our wellbeing by signing this petition. Please sign and let's make our voices heard.
