I am a concerned citizen of India, deeply disturbed by the current state of our democracy. I believe that our Prime Minister, Narendra Damodardas Modi, should be disqualified from the current parliament and banned from contesting for public office or elections for the next 10 years.

My concerns are not unfounded. There is a systematic conspiracy to change the constitution. There have been numerous allegations of election fraud also under his leadership (source: United Nations Secretary-General petition on Change.org). And he is resorting to hate speech and provacative in election campaign 2024. He is spreading communal hatred or disharmony. This has distracted focus from the main challenges the country is facing and he is giving people a false image of the Indian elections being Hindu-Muslim war.

This has led to an increasing sense of unease among many activists, journalists and active citizens who feel that their voices are being silenced and their opinions do not matter as the PM manipulating mandate and seeking for yet another 5 year rule on dividing society - - the same as the British empire did 1947 before leaving India. PM might be aligning with outside forces for the sake of awards and or some self declared Hindu hero in India. The election bonds is the biggest financial fraud and this was done under the government of the person who talked about bringing India's Black money fr Switzerland 

Moreover, under PM Modi's rule, there has been a noticeable shift towards an apartheid-like state where certain sections of society are marginalized and discriminated against. This is not what our founding fathers envisioned when they fought for our independence.

The essence of democracy is in its checks and balances - no individual or party should be allowed to hold power indefinitely especially if there are serious allegations against them. It is crucial for the health of our democracy that these allegations be investigated thoroughly.
