We Ask The judges of Pima County to Drop all charges brought against Troy Bradshaw. 

The Pima County Sheriff Department has gone to far.  We are talking about our basic freedoms taken away.

Troy Bradshaw is a good man with a young family, and the charges against him for "Obstruction of a Public Thoroughfare" and his arrest for public nuisance in Pima County are unjust and rediculous. It's hard to believe that the simple act of chair legs touching the edge of the street has led to such serious repercussions. We must ask ourselves, is this truly what justice looks like? 

Troy is a Journalist not a criminal. Pima county sheriffs department failed to give proper warning to Troy or any other streamer. We have all watched endless footage of other deputies telling the Streamers it is ok to be there.  Now all of a sudden with no warning it is not ok?

The situation in the Catalina Foothills has grown ridiculous, with neighbors constantly calling 911 over minor and frivolous complaints. This is not only a misuse of resources but is also an attack on personal freedoms.. The streamers are victims of swatting as continuous fake calls are made and taken as fact weaponizing the police force against media streamers. These charges against Troy do not reflect the fairness and justice that our legal system is meant to uphold.

The same day Troy was arrested TV reporters were in the middle of the road, no repercussions.

Furthermore, this has also become questionable if race plays a role in these arrests.

Keeping Nancy Guthrie's name and story alive is important to the community and to those who are seeking genuine justice. Awareness and public support might be the only way for this case to remain in the minds of those with the power to make a tangible change.

We ask the Judges in Pima County to do the right thing. Dismissing these charges and all nonsense charges placed on streamers, would not only restore faith in the community's legal system but would also release Troy to continue being the devoted family man he is without the cloud of injustice hanging over him.

Everyone can sign this petition you do not need to live in Pima County or Tucson AZ. We all watch Troy's channel and we all saw this injustice happen right before our eyes on livestream. 

The illegal dumping of Rocks, cacti, & worse led Troy to place his chair closer to the road. Those same instigators then called 911 when his chair touched the road. This is not only a waste of resources, It is a waste of the courts time. This is why we ask that all charges be dropped against Troy Bradshaw, Court date June 16th, 2026.
