Green Valley Ranch Master Homeowners association is harassing the community with unethical fines for small violations.  We are not seeing any of the money put back into our communities. We are seeing Homeowners struggling paying these violations and even people facing foreclosure. I would like to see a new system in place. We are no longer in need of HOA for our community.
